Gwinnett Council for Seniors is one of several organizations in Gwinnett County that focus on senior issues. These include: Parks and Recreation, County and City Services, and private organizations.

One thing that makes us different is we are a volunteer led nonprofit, supported by business patrons, senior clubs, and sponsorships.

Our goal is to promote quality of life for seniors by providing education and information, and being an advocate for senior issues to our government, citizens and the business community.

Our mission statement: Gwinnett Council for Seniors, as an advocate, is to keep the public and local government of Gwinnett County informed of the needs and concerns of senior citizens. We encourage involvement in senior issues by networking and collaborating with concerned organizations and persons to promote a better quality of life.

Our value staement: As a 501 (c)(3), the Gwinnett Council for Seniors encourages an active and informed lifestyle for seniors in Gwinnett County. We serve as an active member in the community by developing and sharing information regarding activities occurring in a network of over 39 senior clubs and organizations countrywide.
